3rd Annual Sal Dattilo Memorial Ride

Come join us as we take a scenic ride in memory of F/F Dattilo and raise funds for a scholarship in his memory.
The 3rd Annual Sal Dattilo Memorial Ride benefiting the "Sal's Ride Scholarship Fund" will take place on June 20th 2009 (rain date June 21st).
(This is "scheduled" as an escorted ride).
Once again, Scott Campbell of Campbell Supply has graciously allowed us use of his facilities and supplied us with the large grills and charcoal we need.
The event begins at Campbell Supply, 145 Talmadge Rd, Edison, NJ, and takes a guided ride though Middlesex and Somerset Union Counties, ending back at Campbell Supply for refreshments (soft drinks, Hamburgers, Chicken sandwiches).
Food is being provided and cooked by the "Outback Steakhouse"
Live entertainment provided by "Off White Trash"
Registration is from 9:00am to 10:30am and the ride begins at 10:45am.
The route is approximately 50 miles and will take about 1.5.
50/50 and door prizes will be drawn at 2:30pm
The rock cover band "Off White Trash" from Staten Island, has offered to play at our event at no charge, please welcome them.
This year we are adding a couple of vendors to the event.
Ride fee: $25.00 per rider. Fee includes 1 Event T-shirt, food & refreshments (soft drinks only). Passengers $5.00 (ride & food), additional T-shirts for $20.00 will be available at the ride conclusion (also can be ordered). Cash or checks, payable to "Sal’s Ride"
Those wishing to participate in 4-wheeled vehicles are welcome.
All riders must be properly licensed, all motorcycles – vehicles must be properly registered, inspected and insured.

"Sal's Ride Scholarship Fund, LLC", a New Jersey Non Profit Corporation (A 501(c) applied for), benefiting students from Edison's JP Stevens High School, who are continuing their education in a career in the Fire Service, Automotive field or for students enlisting in the United States Armed Forces in service of our Country.
